T-minus DAYS

I just realized that my mom is going to be here within 72 hours and that is CRAZY!! I didn't realize it was so close!!

Here are a couple pics from one social excursion last week, which involved BBQing at "The Point," which is this cute peninsular park jutting out into Lake Michigan and offering photogenic views of downtown.

I got straight A's this quarter: two A's, one A-. I'm done. I had another pancake brunch this morning - success. I've hung out with friends I think every single day since I finished, and it has been very fun. All of my large furniture items have been claimed, just gotta get rid of the TV and microwave and toaster oven (and then there are other little things I'm trying to sell too, but I'm not too concerned).

Things are all ending on a positive note, which I'm very happy about. It's all a little overwhelming, honestly, how quickly everything going, and thinking about how much change I have ahead of me. However, I am also ready to be back in California. It's time.

And here we go, into Monday of my final entire week in Chi-town! Juliano's just chillin' and keeping me sane :)
